Wrynose Pass

I cycled this years ago, with a broken seat pin so I had to stand up all the way. I think replicating this feat will tell me when I am fit again.

I remember that drive! What a road… I especially liked the bit where we were coming down a very steep hill with a stream of water running down it with cliffs either side …. not !

Yeah, the road was a river for a bit…. Suppose its more fun when its not your car.

my sat nav took me and my long wheelbase van through the wrynose pass, the up hill hairpins gave me kittens, coming down I held my breath, thank god it was 7am and no traffic, did my delivey in Boot, had a strong coffee and went out a differt way,
SO DO NOT GO THROUGH THE PASS IN A VAN. but loved the views when I could look up for a few seconds.
