Belgium Holiday and Long Time No Post
Been Back from Belgium for over a week, but not got round to posting anything to Flickr just yet.
Belgium was good – spent 3 nights in Ieper, toured the main WW1 grave sites, went up to De Panne for a bit of seaside (and swimming as it was 35 deg!) and went to Brugge for the day.
We also Spent 3 nights in Dinault – where I manged to go Walking, Cycling and also did a 21km Kayack down the river Lesse.
I have now got a good stock of Belgian Beer, glasses to match and my diet says I cant have any of it 
.
Its also close to a year since I started my Weight Loss Blog – so a special post will be in the Works for that.
