Taken from the top of Coniston Old Man (802m) on Sunday. After dire weather forecasts, the weather turned out well - it snowed for about half an hour and it was cold in the wind. In the sun it was fantastic.

We walked the Walna Scar Road and then round Buck Pike, Brown Pike, Dow Crags and then the Old Man.

I was browsing some blog sites today looking for Coniston themed blogs and was a little annoyed with myself for postponing my Coniston event due to sheer laziness too. It seemes like a good idea at the time and now I’m kicking myself.
